Chart of the Day: Ages 86 and 89

Live for today. Plan for tomorrow. Join us at an estate-planning seminar.
Today’s Chart of the Day from Vanguard shows that the average lifespan once someone reaches the age of 65 is 86 for men and 89 for women.Only one in three males will celebrate their 90th birthday, but one in two females will. Due to medical advances, average lifespans are extending. When cancer, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s are cured, it's safe to assume that the figures will jump considerably.
