Today’s Chart of the Day comes from statsofindia.in with information from the United Nations Population Fund. It shows where everyone lives on earth. It took over 200,000 years for the human population to reach one billion and then only 219 years to reach 8 billion. India recently passed China in population size. The United States is third with 340 million making up 4% of the total.
