The Crews Bank & Trust Lending Team Expands with the Addition of Justin Williams

Highlands County, Fla., July 3, 2024 – Justin Williams has joined the Crews Bank & Trust team as Vice President, Commercial Banker in the Highlands County area. He brings nearly 10 years of experience to his new role.

Williams, a Florida native originally from the Okeechobee area, began his career in the engineering field but later made the switch to lending. “I’m excited to welcome Justin to our team in Highlands County,” shared Rob Roberts, Highlands County Market President. “As we continue to provide premier service to our customers and grow business, I am confident Justin’s skills and experience will have a great impact on the community.”

Williams holds an associate of science degree in Drafting & Design Technology and a bachelor's degree in Technical Management. In 2018, he graduated from the Florida School of Banking.

An active member of the community, Williams is involved as Treasurer of the Avon Park Diamond Club, a local high school baseball booster club, and is an active board member and past President of the Avon Park Chamber of Commerce. He is also a deacon and the treasurer at First Baptist Church of Avon Park.

“I love the history and family atmosphere of Crews Bank,” shared Williams. “The employees have been so sincere and willing to help me begin my new venture with the bank. I look forward to hitting the ground running and continuing to help our community and local businesses in any way I can.”

In his spare time, Williams spends time outdoors with his wife, Sabrina, and son hunting, fishing, playing golf, and traveling.
