Andrew Foreman Named Market President for Polk County

Written by Niki Smith LeVasseur | May 14, 2024

Polk County, Fla., May 14, 2024  Andrew Foreman, Senior Commercial Banker, Senior Vice President, has been named Crews Bank & Trust Market President for Polk County, following the May 31 retirement of Donna McKown, Heartland Area Market President.

An Open House will be held from 5 – 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, at the Winter Haven branch of Crews Bank & Trust, 347 W. Central Avenue, Winter Haven. Customers and community members are invited to honor McKown and welcome Foreman to his new role.

"Our Heartland market covered a large region, both demographically and geographically. Donna did a wonderful job providing leadership for that region, building relationships with the customers and communities there. Like most of the bank family, I am selfishly sad that she is retiring, but wish her nothing but the best,” shared Larry McLaren, Chief Banking Officer. “Donna's retirement brought about an opportunity to recognize that the Heartland region’s distinct markets will benefit from more individualized, local leadership.”

Foreman joined the bank in 2013 as a part of the loan operations team. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science from South Florida State College with a concentration in Business Administration and Management. In 2020, Foreman graduated from the Florida School of Banking and held the title of Vice President for his class. Foreman is an active member of the Central Florida Development Council and Lakeland TigerTown Rotary. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son.

The branches that will be included in the Polk County Market include:

-    The Winter Haven branch, 347 W. Central Ave.
-    The Lakeland branch, 221 E. Main St.

“It’s an exciting opportunity to lead an emerging market for Crews Bank & Trust,” shared Foreman. “The innovation of our Winter Haven and Lakeland branches is backed by a rich banking history and the tradition of customers knowing their banker.”

“Andrew has been a strong leader in the Polk County community for several years and will continue to uphold the Bank’s purpose of building relationships that span generations,” shared McKown. “It is those relationships, with our employees, our customers, and our communities that have been so rewarding throughout my years with this family-owned business.”

Rob Roberts will be named Market President for Highlands County, and Justin Fussell, current Market President for DeSoto County, will also now lead Hardee County.

Foreman can be reached at aforeman@crews.bank or 863-370-8655.
