Charlene Dorio Appointed as Business Relationship Banker

Englewood, Fla., December 22, 2023 – Charlene Dorio has been appointed as Business Relationship Banker for Crews Bank & Trust in the Englewood area. In this position, she will focus on generating and maintaining customer relationships, while working closely with team partners in Trust and Wealth Management, Lending, and Retail and Business Banking.

Originally from San Diego, Dorio moved to Englewood in 1999 and began her banking career upon her arrival. Throughout her time at the bank, she has held many positions, most recently as retail branch support, working on special projects and training. She also served as a branch manager.

“Charlene is an incredible asset to our bank,” shared Joseph “Joe” Cataldo, Englewood Market President. “This new position is a great fit for Charlene as she continues to kindle the relationships she has built for more than two decades.”

Dorio studied at Grossmont College and holds a Branch Manager Certificate from the Florida Bankers Association. Additionally, she is an active member in the community and has dedicated time to many local causes and organizations including the Suncoast Humane Society, Rotary, and Leadership Englewood, a program of the Englewood Chamber of Commerce.

In her spare time, Dorio enjoys traveling with her family, spending time with her three grandchildren and being out on the water either boating or paddle boarding.
