Crews Bank Announces New Vice Presidents at Sarasota Branch

Sarasota, Fla., May 7, 2024 — Becky Webb, Business Relationship Banker, and Stephanie Ritchie, Commercial Banker, have joined Crews Bank & Trust as Vice Presidents at the Downtown Sarasota branch.

“Both Becky and Stephanie are experienced and talented,” said Kevin Casey, Market President, Sarasota County. “We are excited to welcome these two new team members, who are ready to help local businesses and nonprofits with banking solutions and the financing they need to grow.”

Webb has a career spanning over 19 years in the financial services industry, having worked in business banking, insurance and branch management.

Originally from Ohio, Webb relocated to Florida in 2014 and currently resides in Venice. Her career path has included serving as Branch Manager, Business Relationship Manager and Business Banker at other financial institutions. Her tenure focused on business banking and spans over a decade, during which she has honed her expertise in facilitating growth for businesses while fostering community development.

“I look forward to helping business clients navigate growth while growing the community and our brand," said Webb when asked what she’s most looking forward to in her new role.

Happily married for 27 years, Webb is a proud mother of two daughters, grandmother of two grandsons and one dog. She enjoys the beautiful Florida sunsets, relaxing with a good movie and shopping.

Ritchie brings over three decades of banking experience, having begun her career in 1990 and steadily advancing through leadership roles at various financial institutions in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Ritchie has called Florida home since 2019 and currently resides in the Lakewood Ranch area. Beyond her professional endeavors, she keeps active by jogging, hiking, swimming, snorkeling and hunting with her husband and three sons. She also enjoys being involved in community service and spending quality time with her family, which includes her three cats, friends and church community.
