Arcadia and Englewood, Fla., Sept. 3, 2024 – Demolition has begun at the Arcadia North Crews Bank & Trust branch, 400 N. Brevard, Ave., Arcadia, and is expected to begin soon at Englewood branch, 1111 S McCall Rd., Englewood. The new branches will offer an enhanced customer experience, melding together the bank’s unique style of tradition and innovation.
“We’re all very excited about the new branches in Arcadia and Englewood” Larry McLaren, Chief Banking Officer added. “It’s been a long time coming following the damage from Hurricane Ian, and we look forward to being able to open our doors once again and welcome in these communities. Construction will begin in Arcadia later this year, while construction in Englewood is scheduled to start next year.”
The redesigned branches will have a similar look and feel, including private offices to meet with personal bankers and lenders, a welcoming lobby space, safe deposit box options and a redesigned teller line. Both will include an attached Drive-Thru experience.
The new Arcadia North branch will provide off-street parking for large vehicles and a new fish tank for the bank’s beloved tropical fish. The Englewood branch will feature a pergola and garden area.
To complete the rebuilding, Crews Bank & Trust is working with DMK Associates, Inc. of Venice and Englewood and J2 Solutions, Inc. of Venice. “By partnering with local engineers, architects and contractors, we are able to better navigate the unique regulations and requirements of both locations” shared Andrew Tate, Executive Vice President, Chief Experience Officer. “This is also an opportunity to strengthen local relationships that directly help grow our local economy and community."
During demolition and construction, both locations will continue to offer Drive-Thru services. In Arcadia, customers can use the Drive-Thru at 335 N. Brevard Avenue, while the Drive-Thru at the Englewood location can be accessed from Bay Heights Road (off S. McCall Road).
