About Our Parkside Branch
Our Parkside branch, built on Tamiami Trail between Punta Gorda and Murdock, was known as the Midtown office when it first opened in 2002. We are located in the Parkside section of Port Charlotte, a once-blighted neighborhood which was tapped to receive $35 million in improvements by the Charlotte County Commission in 2010. Three years later, we officially changed our name to reflect our commitment to the Parkside Community Redevelopment Area. We are ideally situated to serve Parkside’s residents and businesses, many of which have been banking with us for some time. We have gained a solid customer base that counts on us for friendly, hometown service and financial guidance.

Committed to the Community
Our commitment to our customers is matched by our commitment to our community. Our efforts to help make Parkside safe, attractive, and economically sustainable led to us joining with Team Parkside to sponsor beautification awards to local residences and businesses in recognition of improvements made to their Parkside properties.

Lending a Helping Hand
We have opened our branch for numerous professional health screenings, including visits by the Alzheimer’s Memory Mobile and car washes for local schools, scouts, and other groups. Longtime supporters of the Charlotte Local Education Foundation, we participate in its annual school-supply drive and have provided Take Stock in Children mentors.
